Cool Vibes Music Capital SoCo Townhome!

Positive: Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Right across from st Edwards- we were there over Christmas break so was very quiet. About 2 mile walk to south congress strip - we walked there, then ubered home. Was nice to have a backyard. Negative: Right next to a kennel - could hear dogs barking sometimes, but we had a fan that covered up the sound at night .

Overall, it was a very nice while we were there Positive: Fairly new remodel, very clean, comfortable beds Negative: Location was OK. Neighborhood was a little old but seemed safe. We had no problems at all.

Just the four of us Positive: Very good communication from the host for entry details. House was clean and well equipped including Coffee, Tea, Sugar and general spices/herbs, laundry detergent, cleaning materials etc. We, 4 adults, especially appreciated the individual room air con. units. Shared outside space was enjoyable to relax in after a day/night out. We didn't have a vehicle but there was private parking outside the duplex. Location was good, just off South Congress, a couple of food vans and bars within walking distance and easy trips using Lyft - weather was too hot to walk very far - to many other places. Negative: Other properties on the estate didn't process there garbage properly which was a bit of an eyesore but didn't affect our stay and nothing the owner could do anything about.

Moving my son into St Edwards, Kwame’s home was PERFECT! His home was exactly as listed and we had everything we needed. I will definitely be checking if his home is available the next time I come to town.
